All balances, bets, winnings and bonuses on 889u are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion involved in any transaction. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount processed, subject to any applicable minimum thresholds.
889u offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, which form part of these overall Terms and Conditions. Where there is any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling the specified multiple of the bonus amount on eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The contribution rate of different game types toward wagering requirements may vary and will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting low-risk betting strategies to clear bonuses — is prohibited. Where 889u identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any associated winnings and close the account.
The weekly cashback offer is credited without a wagering requirement. The credited amount is available for immediate withdrawal or continued play. All other promotional credits carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer description.
Each game and betting market available on 889u is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game itself or within the relevant betting market. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before participating.
For sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — odds are displayed at the time of placing the bet. The odds shown are the odds at which your bet is accepted. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time and 889u cannot guarantee that the odds shown at the time of tapping will be available by the time the bet is confirmed, particularly during high-volume events such as PSL finals and T20 internationals. If odds change before confirmation, the system will notify you.
In the event of a technical error, game malfunction or system disruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 889u reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds. Void bets return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a provable malfunction will not be honoured.
Minimum and maximum bet sizes apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within the game or market interface. 889u reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or winnings for any individual player at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are identified.
Any of the activities listed in this section may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and a permanent ban from the 889u platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 889u:
889u is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers tools including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time.
If you wish to temporarily stop using 889u, you can activate a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. If you wish to permanently close your account and self-exclude, you can do so through the account settings. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed once activated.
889u does not accept deposits from self-excluded players and will not permit excluded accounts to be reopened.
